DUDE I LOVE THIS CHALK. I have super sweaty hands and I usually have to reapply every set with my old chalk. But with this liquid chalk I only have to reapply once after every excersise!!!

I really like that the chalk dries up really fast and you don’t have to reapply in between sets. It stayed on for me the whole time which is nice!

This liquid chalk dries super fast and a little goes a long way, so you don’t have to keep reapplying it. It really helps with my grip and keeps everything feeling solid through my lifts. My favorite part is that it’s transfer-proof and I'm not left with hella chalk all over my clothes. Super clean and super effective.

This bench mat is crazy sticky and keeps me locked in the whole time. It lets me really maximize my leg drive without worrying about sliding, so my setup feels tighter and more controlled. Some benches can be super slippy, especially with a shirt on, and this completely fixes that. It’s made a big difference in how my bench feels overall. 10/10 recommend.

I used to put chalk all over the bench because I would slip on my heavier lifts. The second I tried out this bench mat it was a night and day difference! I cannot recommend this enough. I showed it to 8-9 of the other people in my gym right after trying it because it’s just THAT GOOD!
